Full Customization – End-User Training
Depending on the requirements for the class, we can customize our end-user and reporting classes to meet a company's needs. This will involve changing our existing exercises and manuals to be specific to the client’s environment. For this reason, our pricing of custom classes involves two components - the time for the customization and the on-site delivery fee. This pricing varies depending on the requirements and complexity of the environment involved. Contact us to discuss how we might be able to help fulfill any custom requirements.

Partial Customization – End-User Training
We train on the basic mechanics using our training sample database and then finish up by applying the skills learned in class to do a hands-on workshop on your application. There is no customization of the manual but we can help you put together a relevant accompanying hand-out specific to your environment. Depending on the level of customization required, the pricing may be similar to the standard on-site training pricing.

Customized Agenda
We can blend together topics from our various courses to help address the skill requirements of your group. There is no charge for customizing an agenda for our on-site training, you only pay the standard on-site training rates.
